Batten Down the Hatches-Negative Ads Incoming

Hello everyone. As we get down to the wire on the primary I have the unfortunate displeasure of informing you that State HQ has let me know that Attack Ads are on the way. I am not sure if San Luis Obispo county will get any, but I wanted to warn everyone. Here is the message I received from HQ:

It has come to our attention that there is going to be a very very negative attack that will include phone calls and mail pieces targeting John McCain. You may receive this on your answering machine and in your mail box. If you do receive it, please contact us immediately and if possible make a digital recording and/or scan the mail pieces and send it to us and we can respond to this negative, mean-spirited, despicable campaign tactic immediately in the national media.

Please send to all of your county chairs, congressional chairs, veterans and volunteers.

Thank you for your vigilance and onward to victory!

If you receive or hear about any attacks, let us know as soon as possible. Post here on the blog as well.
